Fundraising Specialist Job Description

  • Manage and monitor the donor tracking system via Access to ensure the integrity of the organization’s donor base.
  • Job includes daily maintenance of the Access database, which include entering disbursements and contributions and balancing the database in-house.
  • Compose email blasts for various campaigns.
  • Work with Director on successful major-gift solicitation practices, high-dollar events, and solicitations.
