To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following items are prohibited at the event:

For Participants
- Retractable Leashes
- Only standard, non-retractable leashes are permitted to maintain control of dogs and prevent entanglements.
- Unvaccinated Dogs
- All participating dogs must have proof of current vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (recommended).
- Aggressive Dogs
- Dog breeds with a history of aggression toward people or other animals are not allowed.
- Unlicensed Dogs
- Only dogs with valid local licenses are permitted.
For Attendees
- Weapons or Firearms
- No weapons or firearms are allowed, except for law enforcement personnel.
- Alcoholic Beverages
- This is a family-friendly event; alcohol consumption is not permitted.
- Drugs or Illegal Substances
- The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Unregistered Participants
- Only registered participants with wristbands and/or tags are allowed on the walk route.
For Vendors/Sponsors
- Unapproved Food or Beverages
- Vendors must obtain prior approval for distributing food or drinks to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Loud or Offensive Materials
- Vendors and sponsors may not display materials that are inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the event’s family-friendly nature.
Additional Restrictions
- Drones: To protect privacy and ensure safety, the use of drones is prohibited unless pre-approved by the event organizer.
- Glass Containers: Glass containers pose a safety hazard and are not permitted.
- Fireworks or Open Flames: These are strictly prohibited due to fire and safety risks.
Enforcement
- Security personnel and volunteers will monitor for compliance with these rules.
- Violations may result in removal from the event without refund or further participation.
